Major telecom client is looking to build a platform to deliver Performance Support material and services for Field Tech Reps via augmented reality head mounted displays (HMDs) and other handheld devices to improve worker performance and enhance training
Program Activities
- Identify and prioritize use cases / application domains
- Determine the most suitable combination of HW & SW vendors for large-scale rollout
- Flag and scope adjustment of internal processes necessary for embedding new platform
- Provide data driven evidence of business impact
- Drive internal alignment

- Pilot Development Develop the strategic plan and requirements for roll out of the pilot, testing and review and implications for system wide scale.
- Pilot Deployment Put designed pilot into field trials and potentially run dynamic improvement based on set intervals.
- Evaluations & Conclusions Summarize all activities and findings. Draw conclusions and integrate into business case.
